Personal Greatness is Forged
Personal greatness has nothing to do with being exceptionally intelligent, rich, famous, etc. It’s about being a person who exerts positive influence on others. Personal greatness is a matter of unlocking your potential and using your potential in such a way that it overflows into other people’s lives to generate a positive result.
Personal Greatness is Forged.
All can achieve personal greatness. Not all choose to become personally great.
Case Example:

Strap In Fellas
I spoke to a plastic surgeon today on my sales call at 9pm. He spoke straight for 50 minutes and did not once allow me to speak - even when I actually spoke out loud - he just spoke over me.
He personally objectified me on the call. He told me I was his ideal client: Caucasian - most likely to be divorced by 40 because my face will sag and I’ll become ugly and not want to look the way I do anymore.
He stared at my breasts and “guestimated” my exact breast size and guessed my body weight and clothing size (and he guessed higher than it actually is, so you can imagine how that made me feel) and then proceeded to tell me how my body would age and how quickly I would become ugly.
He said he right now was getting Mexican chicks that want “boochons” which are overinflated boobs or ginormous asses that they can stick a kilo of cocaine in since he lives close to the Mexican border. And he wanted more Cacuasian women that were destined for divorce in their mid 40’s and had the money to spend.

This did, in fact, just happen.
As I sit here writing this, it has never been more apparent to me the power of our words to hurt others and break down their spirit.
We exert either a positive or a negative influence on every person we encounter - from stranger to intimate confidant.

Cash Flow
Cash flow is a crucial part of business and you must have rock-solid strategies in place to support your growth and protect you through rocky times.

Valley of debt.
In my mind, cash flow is a living force. If you think of cash in terms of currency, it’s not a big leap to regard it as business energy—the electrical current that flows back and forth and sustains your company. You must be able to tap into that electrical current of cash flow when you need it. In order to be prepared for your inevitable cash flow crunches, you must be as revenue-focused as possible through sales, marketing, and relationship-building efforts. It’s all about the sales.
Focus on sales. The first three hours of every business day my goal is to focus on sales. I need to strategize about marketing campaigns, retargeting campaigns, email campaigns, discounts, promotions, and free value ads. Remember, sales is sharing your value. If I believe that I have the best product, I need to get it into as many hands as possible. As the CEO of my company, I am in charge of being the chief convincing officer. I must stay on top of my numbers and my sales.
Are You Ready To Scale?
Being ready to scale means you have a system in place in which you have customers who are coming back to you on a regular basis and are generating reliable cash flow. Recurring revenue might include membership fees, subscriptions, courses, or payments for ongoing services.
Back End - Always Focus On The Customer
I had a patient that has had problems with the questionnaire to purchase the product, with coupon codes, and now with the doctors fulfilling on the order. She was a REFERRAL and the person that referred now has their reputation on the line. The way I handle these situations is to ALWAYS place 100% of the blame on me and to try to communicate as much as possible with the client moving forward.

There will always be problems. How solution-forward can you be?

Always send time frames to clients so they never feel as if you leave them with an open loop. ALWAYS overcommunicate.

Try to go above and beyond for every client. IT MATTERS.

You are in charge of your reputation and the reputation of your company. Protect your baby at all costs.
