Hero or Villain?
Watching the world closely, it becomes clear that four forces are constantly shaping the choices people make. [fate - focus, attention, tribe, emotion]
Sof, ask yourself…
Are they capturing or leading my focus?
Are they pretending or signaling that they have authority? (authority tripwire immediately causes you to want to submit)
Are they pretending that the tribe agrees with their decision? (group think and societal desire for acceptance)
Are they triggering emotion in me?
Every villain and every hero experienced the same kind of trauma: pain, rejection, fear, loss. What created their outcome was simply how they responded.
Sof… how are you responding to life?
Influence
3 pillars determine how influence actually works in the real world: self-mastery, communication, and observation.
Self-Mastery
Seen in posture, tone, emotional control, discipline, presence.
Sof when you fail here, it’s usually from a fear-based reaction, an insecurity leaking out, the right words delivered with the wrong tone, an emotional spike that reveals more than what you intended.
Once this collapses, trust, persuasion, and perceived authority crumble with it.
Communication
What is said.
How it is said.
And what the other person actually feels and decides afterward.
Sof, most of your communication failures happen because you miss signals, disinterest, discomfort, hesitation, or you don’t understand someone’s core needs and values.
Observation
Reading micro-expressions. Tension. Shifts in posture. Unconscious behaviors repeating such as touching hair, self-touch, stuttering, blink rate.
Sof, you struggle the most to observe others when you are wrapped up in your own world or your own problems.
patterns… patterns…patterns…
The more you observe the world, the more obvious it becomes: people aren’t reacting to you, they’re reacting to scripts from their subconscious.
And until those unconscious patterns are brought into the light, they run the show.
