Sof, you need to constantly be firing yourself and putting people in place that are much better than you at the roles you are not strongest in.

If I am going to be in the exec chair, I need to constantly be thinking about how I make the best financial impact in the business. I need to bring the ideas. I need to bring the strategy. And I need to depend on my team to execute.

I am the CEO of people. Affiliates and team.

I am the CEO of ideas.

I am the CEO of proper execution of strategy.

I am the CEO of analyzing problems, breaking them down to first principles, questioning why things are done the way they are, and making decisions and delegating to team quickly so we keep momentum.

Spent all Saturday watching videos over private equity, understanding the financials that they want to see for companies to properly exit, and building out documents breaking down where I’m currently at and the steps I need to take to pivot and start to take business seriously.

Begin with the end in mind, Sof.

You will not be stopped.

You will do whatever it takes.

I need the right ingredients - people - to hire and start scaling this business properly. And I need to be partnered with a company I can trust.

Negotiation - Deal Terms (based on private equity benchmarks)

I will be placing my requirements on the table as my non-negotiables. I know the exact framework to scale my company to the top. And elara will be on top.

I know the value of my business. Don’t become a starving founder.

It’s time to advocate for elara.
