Drip Ideas All Over Me
expand your scope. widen your lens.
We are so incredible as humans. You can sit in a moment and visualize what your future could be, what love could feel like, what gratitude feels like. Pull yourself towards your vision instead of focusing on your current pain or obstacles.

Expand your scope. Widen your lens.
Start asking yourself better questions. Stop thinking about the failures and instead focus on looking at your future with excitement.
Learn to accept the reality of where you are. Acknowledge that it doesn’t feel so great. But don’t just stop there. Expand your scope, widen your lens, open your heart and mind to the endless possibilities of your future. You control your outcomes. You can and will succeed. What can really stop you? A no? How many no’s do you have to hear in order for you to feel like you failed? 1? 100? 1,000?

What lens are you using to view life?
Thomas Edison failed over 10,000 times before we got the lightbulb. What’s your pain threshold? This is where grit comes in.
Stop resisting the pain. Accept the pain and visualize a better way to cultivate it to make sure other people never have to feel what you’re currently undergoing.

Accept the pain and push through threshold.
It’s not about what happens to you, it’s how you respond.

Rejection tastes sweet, baby.
Imagine if you could become the person you needed most in your darkest days.
The game is not to win. The game is to stay winning. By default, if you keep going, you will win and keep winning.
I'm a game master, not a player. As long as I keep playing, I will win. The fun part is learning how fast I can keep on winning.
Just don’t give up.
Don’t give up.
The win is you.
You are the asset you’re building.
Don’t judge yourself through the lens of a moment. Judge yourself through the lens of a lifetime.
We are all completely empty vessels - there is so much opportunity for you to be molded and shaped.

You are meant to flow.
Choose to open yourself up to new experiences and new role models. Most of us cannot see a reflection of who we are in others around us, and so what we end up doing is molding and fitting ourselves into the boxes that we do see.
Today, I am not what I think I am
I am not what you think I am.
I am what I think you think I am.

Cloaked in the opinions of others.
We are living in a bubble of the thoughts and opinions of others. This is why the process of self-excavation and self-discovery is so important. The only way you are able to reach higher levels of conscientiousness is to first have a clear mind and heart by reflecting and observing the thoughts inside your own head.

You are fitting yourself in to a box shaped by those around you.
The biggest challenge is that there is so much noise out there. Clarity - the ability to ignore all of the noise of the world that fills you with envy, jealousy, or negativity - allows you to completely focus on your own inner intelligence.
Why does Sof need to spend time reflecting and observing her own mind?

I want to have the clarity of mind to continue to cultivate my mission for a greater purpose than myself. I want to be able to have a heart that’s overflowing with love for those around me and those I want to help through my entrepreneurial endeavors. I want to tap into a deeper passion that actualizes my real purpose: serving others.
But how do you build passion in yourself?
If you want more love, give more love to others.

Give more love
Don’t hoard opportunity from others. If we want more in life, then we have to give more. If you want to show abundance, provide other people with kindness, time, energy, and love.
Sof, your true gift is your ability to deeply love and respect souls.

There is so much beauty in a pure intent.
Express, magnify, and intensify your passion.
I am able to have deep connections with others that some go their entire lives never experiencing. These connections enrich my life. Everyone deserves the gift of vitality and passion. So, Sof, give your all. Expand yourself. Express it as deeply as you can. Notice all the little ways or opportunities you have to provide for others. Consciously choose to do things for others. Love is something that is available to us every moment. The only way to have it is to express it. Your mission in life has always been to serve. Growth and contribution are my deepest most vital needs.

Never not growing. Never not learning.
Build your why.
The difference between a motivated person and a driven person is their why. Go deep with yourself. Ask yourself, “Why do I truly want to accomplish this goal?”
The only thing that will keep you going is your why.
People never stop in time and ask themselves why they are doing the day-to-day actions. They slowly wither away, living mediocre lives.
How do you find your why?
It’s not found. It’s created.

Go in search of your vision.
You have to actively search for what you want in life. If you don’t know what you’re passionate about, or you don’t know what fills you with drive, then put yourself in an environment around people who have it and begin to learn what drives them and pushes them to keep going even when they’re beaten down.
You are in control of your search. Don’t become a victim of your circumstances. Getting out of your comfort zone will be the hardest part, but it is required for you to search for what will fill you with ultimate fulfillment.

Take time to search outside of your usual routines.
You have to put yourself in situations that are different from what you’re comfortable with.
You have to change your routine and search for new experiences. Try new things. Go into the unknown.
Make time for play.

Explore yourself.
Be curious.
Explore.
Open yourself to new sensations.

Stay open. Keep your heart playful.
Reignite your extremes.
Push yourself to be uncomfortable.
There is a part of you that’s just looking to be reignited.

Don’t close your soul. Expand yourself.
There are infinite possibilities out there. You have to go out and search for them.
